Apply now to have the chance to be photographed by one of Adelaide's top Pet Photographers - Elouise Giardina of Paws and Pose Photography and be featured in the coolest dog book in Adelaide all whilst helping raise money for charity!
The Good Dogs of Adelaide is a photography book project run by one of Adelaide’s most experienced Pet Photographers, Elouise Giardina of Paws and Pose Photography.
This project is an amazing opportunity to have beautiful, fun and creative portraits of your Dog/s that celebrate their personality, interests and uniqueness. And if you would like to include the whole family in the experience and grab some updated family photos, you can do that too!
When I have completed all the sessions (roughly 6-8 months) I will design and publish a beautiful hard cover coffee table book called The Good Dogs of Adelaide featuring my favourite photo of each dog alongside some fun facts about them.
How does it work?
WHERE?

Photoshoots will be held in some of Adelaides most beautiful parks, forests beaches and Landmarks.
WHEN? -
Sessions will take place over 6 months roughly from March-Aug 2024.
HOW MUCH? -
$90 registration fee includes a Paws and Pose Photo Session
(normally $175) & A double page spread in the book, featuring a standout photo of your Dog and a short story.
WHAT ElSE IS INCLUDED? -
A personal ordering appointment (1-2 weeks after your portrait session) with access to exclusive The Good Dogs of Adelaide packages as well as all our regular artwork and products on offer.

Plus a $200 print credit to put toward prints and products from your session.

$50 of your registration fee goes to CHARITY helping animals in need.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED? -
The photos taken at your session are not included. At your image reveal and ordering appointment you will see a beautiful collection of photos of your Dog/s (and the family if they come along) and can purchase prints, artwork, albums and digital files. Even the silliest ones!
Your dog does not need to be a superstar model or even well trained! I photograph all types of dogs- even the most wiggly and rambunctious ones!
Your Dog doesn't even have to go off leash to get awesome Pawtraits!
With the magic of photoshop I will remove the leash later so it looks like it was never there!

What to expect
Applications open!
With limited spots available, don't wait to apply with your dog and miss out the opportunity to be in Adelaides cutest coffee table book all about Dogs!
I will be selecting applicants so we have a variety of different dogs in the book and prioritising those who want to experience a full Paws and Pose Photography session.
Choose a photo location!
Once registered you will fill out a questionnaire about your dog and choose a location for your photo shoot. I will have a list of my favourite spots plus some opportunities to explore new places and maybe even some Adelaide landmarks! You can let me know if you and your dog are up for an adventure!
Photo sessions begin!
I will be photographing for the book project over roughly 6 months. This is the most fun part of the experience where you get to capture amazing portraits of your pup whilst having an adventure at one of Adelaide's most beautiful parks, forests or beaches.
Sessions just for the book will take about 30 minutes with some going longer depending on amount of dogs/people in the session. I treat each book client like a regualr client so you have the full Paws and Pose experience! You will have an image reveal and ordering appointment 1-2 weeks after your photo session where you can order prints and products of your favourite images!
Photo sessions end! (Book making time)
After months of photographing all The good dogs of Adelaide I will finally be able to knuckle down into the making of the book - How exciting!
I will be choosing the photos and putting together each dogs story on their own double page spread.
Book pre sale
You will be able to pre order the book at a special price of $85 +P&H until the pre sale closes. Then the price will go up to full retail $110. This is the Pawfect opportunity to get a book for yourself and your loved ones!

Pawesome Artwork for your home
While there’s no obligation to purchase art from your dog's session, most people fall in love with their images and take something home. Clients typically invest $700-$2500 on their Artwork from their session. We also have interest free payment plans available through Payright and After Pay to help split the cost over a few payments.

FAQ
Can I have more than one dog in the book?
Yes! An extra dog is $75 and there is a 2 dog limit per client for the book but you can bring the whole family for the session and purchase images separately of your dogs Fur brothers & Sisters.
$75 fee gets them their own double spread in the book.
How much is the Book?
Once the book is finished I will have a pre order special for about $85+PH
After the cut off the book will go to $110+PH
Do I have to order prints & Artwork?
